I have recently used both in-store and online services and I had a great customer experience each time. I urgently needed some photo reprints and enlargements and visited the store at Sunbury. The lady was extremely helpful and had my enlargements framed and ready in about 10 minutes. I subsequently used the online service for three separate times to enlarge and reprint some of my photos and, each time, the prints arrived back quickly, well packed and the prints had a quality finish.
A couple of small problems where photos did not seem to be exactly where I had positioned them.
